Getting Error "A duplicate site has been detected"

  1. I want to see insight and other features of the WordPress android app but when I logged into the WordPress android app, it says ‘A duplicate site has been detected’ and it does not retrieve any stats and other data of my site and shows an error, ‘Data not loaded’. A few weeks ago, it was working fine with my site but now it showing this kind of problem.
    How to solve this issue? Please guide me.

    Can you share with us the URL of your site? Is it connected to the app using your WordPress.com account through the Jetpack plugin?

    It is connected to the app and I have jetpack connected. Now I can login to the WordPress app, but it is strange. I can't get into the woocommerce app... Same error message.
