XMLRPC Fault (code 403) - moderating comments

   I'm having problems with approving/deleting comments from the Wordpress Android app (HTC Desire, Android 2.2) - every time I try to do this, I get the message:

   'Connection Error
   XMLRPC Fault: You are not allowed to moderate comments on this site. [code 403]

   I've got the XML-RPC setting checked in the 'Writing Settings' section of my settings. What am I doing wrong??

   Sounds to me like you aren't allowed to moderate comments on the site :)

   Are you an admin of the blog?

   I *did* think to try that...! Yes, I am an administrator of the blog - I've got no problems moderating and approving/deleting comments via the Dashboard.

   Maybe try creating another admin account and see if it has better luck moderating from the app?

   That didn't work either... But (and I don't know why I didn't think of this before) I've sorted it by deleting my blog from the app on my phone and then re-adding it - well, it's removed the offending comments that refused to be deleted before, at least, which is fine for the moment! I guess the test will come when I *do* get a new comment and then try deleting it from the app.

   HI all

   i installed android wordpress but when i singup i have an error XMLRPC Fault: server Error requsted method wpcom , registrer Account does not exist .

   can anybody help me.

   @gopi4nath - looks like you installed from the trac site? That signup stuff doesn't work yet :)
