Update to 1.3 breake app in Poland

Hi, Thanks for great app. Ive used it since the first public version and its great addition to my personal blog. Since last update I cant use it because App try to use polish language but many tabs miss the translation lines. Ive translated all missing lines at http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/android/dev/pl/default but still I get empty tabs. Can You please add an option to choose language manually. This will help avoid those issues.

I've investigated the Polish language file and it had a bunch of empty strings in it, which is what causes the problem. We'll have a fix out soon that fixes the issue!
