Stats working but no data showing

I'm running a self-hosted Wordpress site with the Wordpress.com stats plug-in. I've managed to connect to stats on the Android version of WP, but no data shows up. Is there a fix for this?

If you've just set it up, it may take a few hours before you see any stats coming in. Are you seeing stats on your wordpress.com dashboard?

Thanks for answering. It's been live for three days now, I guess that's enough for stats to come through.
I can see the stats for my hosted site on the hosted site's dashboard, the .com dashboard shows no traffic - but that's because it is all redirected to the hosted site.
