I am running the latest version of WordPress on Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5. When an SSL connection is not required the app connects to the blog without incident. When I set FORCE_SSL_ADMIN to true the app will not connect. A little searching on SSL connections led me to the following: "For self-hosted WordPress, if you have SSL enabled, WordPress 2.6.1 or later supports pointing the RSD information at the “https” version of xmlrpc.php which creates an encrypted communication link with the App." Can someone tell me exactly how you point the RSD information at the https version of xmlrpc.php?
