Missing paragraph elements

Posted one test to see how it would come out. A couple sentences of text and attached one image from my phone's camera. Everything posted, but the post was completely devoid of the paragraph elements that are normally inserted by the WP editor. Opened the post up in a regular browser and it inserted the missing formatting.

I would also like to see more formatting support if possible. Centered text and the like.
