I have be trawling the blogs on this site and many other and still have not solved my problem.
The issue is when trying to log on to wordpress android app I get connection error xmlrpc.php not found, the file is present. Point the web browser to it I get 'XML-RPC server accepts POST request only' and the app work fine on an iOS device. the xmlrpc.php has be activated on the main website and the web address is correct.
please help as life will be alot easier if I can use my S3 for blogging

Thanks Paul. Can you check that you're using the latest version of the Android app?

I tried to add your blog to an earlier version of the app and got the error you are seeing. When I upgraded the latest version the error went away. (Of course, I instead got the error I'd expect for invalid credentials since I can't really add your blog. :-) )
