(Invalid file type) [code 500] any video

Just wanted to test how a video would look in my WordPress from my phone. But I all ways get the same error.
I think it my be a database setting? Not sure. Here is a photo of my cell phone screen of the error.

I did just a test 1 sec. video and still the same. Even did a small 640 by 480 and smaller then that same error.

My Android can record i 4 different formats but only 2 will upload to my WP Blog .
Try to change your format when recording . -
Looks like my Android can only record one type format. If it can others I can't find were to set it. I did menu and the side bar but none show any format type.
I guess it my be because my WordPress is set up to a limit of 2MB file. But I did do a 176 x 144 Video quality at only about 1 sec. long for a test. I don't think that would of been over 2MB and it still got the same error.
Not sure what is wrong. My cell phone has Android version 2.2.1 and mybe with the update can change video formats. I don't think they have the update for my type phone yet.
But at home I can upload that video right to my WordPress folder using WinSCP. Then link to it. It works then with the html 5 <video> command. It wants to install a Quick time, add on then to play it in the web browser.

have you gotten the video post upload to work yet? keep getting error messages....
