Display date and time as set in the wp_options

   The date and time should be displayed as set by the user in the WordPress settings.
   We also may change the display of the "time zone". In "moderateCommentsTab.java" line 326 it says String cDate = dateCreated.replace("America/Los_Angeles", "PST"); Either we include all timezones or we don't display it.
