Connection Error XMLRPC Fault

Hi! I just downloaded the new WordPress for Android on my TMobile G1 and I got the following error message:
XML-RPC Services are disabled on this blog. An admin user can enable them.
Problem is, I'm no technical guru and I have noooo idea where on my site wwww.josieinthecity.com I should go to enable it. When I go directly online to Wordpress, I have no idea where to begin looking so that I may take care of this snafu. I'm frustrated. Please help.

Log into your WordPress blog and in the admin area go to Settings -> Writing and under Remote Publishing you'll see a checkbox for XML-RPC. Check that, click 'Save Changes' and XML-RPC services will be turned on for your blog.
