Code 500?-VI

Hi there,
I am using a motorola android v2.2
wordpress v 1.3.3
When I upload a 10 sec. video clip either from the camera or from the wordpress app I receive the same error message:
"Could not write file wpid-VID_###_###gp (invalid file type)[code 500]
Is it me or you? -
Have you uploaded any videos at all? You may need to install this plugin that will allow the 3GP video to be uploaded:

In the plugin settings, add video/3gp to the list

i just added this mimetype , however in FF it shows me only a bunch of code from the 3gp source (what somehow makes sence couse i assume no player is attached to it , maby need a plugin)
However... when i click the view video true my phone with the wp for android app... nothing happens.
when i go to my internet on my phone (htc-legend) it shows the player but gives message it cant be played and closes the player.
