app freezes on comments list refresh

every time i got new comment and go to moderate queue app is refreshing comments - that's normal, but at every refresh app stops to responding and it takes about 1-3 minutes to start working again,
basicaly when i hit refresh the "loading" animation starts and quickly freezes (after one/two circles), then i must wait mentioned 1-3 minutes to do anything, e.g. moderate comment.
i am not using 'posts', only comment moderating (which is absolutely great), but posts list also refreshes about 1-3 minutes,
this is very annoying. it is not network dependent - same effect on gprs/edge/wifi
