2.0b License Page FC When Changing Orientation

   On the screen where prompted to accept/decline license, the App will FC when changing orientation from landscape to portrait or vice versa.

   Testing Environment:

   Android 3.1

   Self-hosted WP 3.2.1
   Theme Twenty Ten 1.2
   Home WiFi
