2.0b: "Bold" Generates Wrong Tags

   In Edit Post screen, the "bold" formatting seems to work (the text will appear bolded). But once saved, it's saved improperly like the following in html code

   'The following text is bolded: <string>text</string>

   Example post:

   Testing Environment:

   WP for Android 2.0 Beta
   Self-hosted WP 3.2.1
   Theme Twenty Ten 1.2
