My droid shows 2MP, 3MP, and 5MP options there.

When taking the picture, it says 1MP on the left in the camera app and uploads a 1MP picture.

Some additional information: Android 2.1, and the handset is officially a Euro model Milestone.

For some reason I cannot choose megapixel size on my droid/milestone, it remains fixed at 1MP.
